MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

WHAT IS MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialist therapy in which the practitioner uses a range of gentle, therapeutic, and rhythmic pumping and drainage techniques to move the skin in the direction of the lymph flow.

This stimulates the immune system and helps to remove waste products in the body.
