WHY I PRACTISE
I enjoy using my psychological expertise and helping
individuals overcome life’s challenges to achieve a sense of
well-being. I understand it might be difficult to trust others
when we are in need, especially when there is a stigma around
having a mental health disorder. However, I want to improve
access to therapeutic practice, healing, and self-discovery.
